The reason for yesterday's downtime of the servers all over Germany (VPS and dedicated servers), was a hardware defect. For this reason, all traffic was redirected. This of course resulted in a slightly higher ping of 3 - 5ms.
All errors have been fixed and the servers are available again as usual.
We regret the outage and apologize to all of you. Unfortunately, sometimes the technology is a problem, but the great support has quickly analyzed the problem and fixed.
